CARS

I have a modest enjoyment working on cars. Born out of necessity, I learned to repair cars when I was a young teenager. Then I got pretty good at it. Now I derive great satisfaction from working on my own cars and keeping them well maintained. Just recently I did a ton of maintenance on my bride's car. I made multiple trips to Massachusetts and there I replaced a fender and the washer reservoir, then she suffered an unfortunate episode where her car computer had a fit due to a faulty headlight. That was a great deal of work. She then had me put a remote starter in so she could start the car from the comfort of her home. Afetr that I preplace the headgasket on my 2006 Camry that has 400,000 km. Great car. I recently found 2 color-matching doors for the Camry and replaced them as an inexpensive solution to a body repair and paint job.

All that said, I am not a car enthusiest per se. Rather, I like to extend care to the things that help me through my day and the car does that.

So this page is a review of old work that I documented over the years and will, in many ways it will be a retrospective cataloging of my 50 years of learning. Beginning this website created an eruption of activity so it may be a while before I put up the car page but I assure you it is coming.
